My Story
Ian has been with Boyce & Associates as a financial planner since July of 2022. He originally joined B&A to help research the best investments for our clients, but quickly grew to the financial planning side of our business. His simple passion for helping others is what gives him the drive to help individuals, families, and business owners develop a grown confidence in their financial future. Ian’s same passion for helping others is what helped him find his way into A+ College Planning in 2023. As a graduate of Texas A&M Class of 2022, he has recently seen firsthand the common mistakes that many families make throughout the college process. Combining this with his financial knowledge has given him the calling to help families minimize what they pay to further their student’s education. He holds the Wealth Management Specialist (WMSTM) Designation and is a licensed life insurance agent in the State of Texas.
Ian is one of the rare Austin natives, being in the Austin and Cedar Park area his whole life (with the exception of his time in Aggieland). He is a committee member of the Young Men’s Business League in Austin and spends much of his summer volunteering with Austin Sunshine Camps, a foundation that is largely funded by efforts of YMBL. Outside of the office, Ian enjoys being out in nature with activities such as hunting and fishing and spending time with his family and friends. He is a music enthusiast who never misses a good concert and can also play multiple instruments himself. He also enjoys watching all sports, especially Aggie football and baseball.
Ian truly understands and values the relationships we have with our clients. His goal is to make every client feel that true value and care he gives and he remembers that trust is something that must be earned every day.
